Today America lost one of it's most beautiful and beloved icons. Dame Elizabeth Taylor passed away this morning at the age of 79. When I was a little girl I thought she was the most graceful woman I had ever seen--even thinking she was the Queen.
Elizabeth Taylor was a great style icon on film and in life. Some of my favourite films she starred in include Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Cleopatra, Poker Alice (a funny made for TV movie many years ago), the Last Time I saw Paris and Giant. This elegant and regal woman will be missed. Elizabeth is now amongst her friends and loves. God bless you and rest in peace. x
